Noelle wears a habit much like the other female AX agents. This habit is white with blue accents. And it features a gold neck guard with a hanging cross. The difference with Noelle's habit and all the other females is that hers is much tighter. She also doesn't wear the petticoat. The hod of her habit covers a good portion of her hair, otherwise I think her hair is probably the same length all around. Very beautiful, wavy and black. I love her hair. She also sports white heels and black stockings. The stockings are also different than the others. Noelle also sports red lipstick.
I think the reason she wears different things might be some sort of defiance or a way to be herself. Since everyone is pretty much dressed the same there isn't any individuality. And that might be why Noelle wears a tighter habit, red lipstick and block stockings. Plus her codename is Mistress, so it might all be part of the appeal. There is another woman (Sister Monica Argento/Black Widow) in AX that wears the male uniform (though is quite revealing) but I believe she's only in the manga.
