Game Comparison

Cloud, Vincent and Zack in Nibelheim

Two out of three games have spikey-headed heroes.
All three games have leading males.
Cloud and Vincent are relucant to help while Zack is more or less willing to help.
SOLDIERs are the main "evil" force for all three games.
Final Fantasy VII is the only one where you have a party.
Crisis Core and Dirge of Cerberus have similar battle systems unlike Final Fantasy VII which has an active time battle (ATB).

Graphics

I wanted to get rid of the youtube videos from the project requirement. While they did what they were supposed to, I just don't want to use them. So instead of the videos, I have images with the ingame and full motion video. Then after each image I will dicuss the difference between them.

Ingame

Ingame
Starting off with Final Fantasy VII, the image is somewhat blocky and not really smooth. I believe it's called "polygon". It also has a chibi effect and it makes Cloud's hair super spiky. Next up is Dirge of Cerberus, the graphics are no longer polygon, the sprites don't lool chibi and it's more smooth. Crisis Core is very similar to Dirge of Cerberus in that regard. In the game they actually look really smooth and can't tell there is much pixels...except it some parts.

FMV

Full Motion Video
Again starting with Final Fantasy VII, the FMV looks a tad pixely but it looks smooth and somewhat blocky. However, Cloud looks masculine (and that's a plus!). Dirge of Cerberus, the graphics are just beautiful. They are smooth and not blocky at all. It looks almost real. Crisis Core, again similar to Dirge of Cerberus, but maybe a bit cleaner. One can really see the detailing in Zack's shirt. Looks knitted along with Cloud's shirt.
